MACHU PICCHU TOUR BY TRAIN FULL DAY

This MACHU PICCHU TOUR consists of visiting the wonder of the world MACHUPICCHU in just one day using the fastest means of transportation that could take us to this magical place.

Machupicchu is located in the northeast of the city of Cusco at 109 kilometers, at the beginning of the high jungle at 2400 masl, the nearest town is called Aguas Calientes or machupicchu pueblo.

Itinerary:

The hotel pick up will be between 3:30 to 4:00 am by bus that will take us directly to the train station of Ollantaytambo, this journey will be approximately 1:30 minutes, then boarded the train at 06:10 am and continue the train ride to the town of Aguas Calientes.

Once in Aguas Calientes town we will have to go to the archaeological site of Machupicchu.

Arriving at Machu Picchu, you will meet with the Professional Guide and the group, for the guided tour in the Machupicchu Citadel. After finishing the tour with the guide, you will have more time to spend in Machupicchu.

Also if you have booked your entrance for Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain you will have enough time to walk around and get different views of Machu Picchu.

According to your train schedule, you will have to take a bus down to Aguas Calientes.

You will take the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo. In Ollantaytambo you will be picked up by bus back to Cusco.
